Mr. Nickels has over 35 years experience in aerospace (military, space, commercial), enterprise and consumer products, and wireless and wireline communications. Throughout his career, he has worked across multiple industries and with many domestic and international companies.  He has held leadership roles across a range of areas from business & IT Consulting to outsourcing including as a Managing Director in Accenture’s High Tech /Aerospace & Defense (A&D) practice. ​

Leveraging his experience with technology companies, Jeff works with client executive leadership to identify and resolve business challenges and drive improvements for existing and future business operations. For one client as lead of the Program Management Office, Mr. Nickels was responsible for coordinating and managing the program delivery activities across the enterprise.  This multi-year, complex conversion, with multiple source systems, crossed software releases and impacted more than 100 applications and 70 geographic business units drove over $300M in annual savings.  The program team included 300+ personnel from the client, multiple technology vendors, and other 3rd parties.
