Mr. Justice is a proven leader with over 40 years of experience across many areas including innovation, entrepreneurship, economic development, engineering, and information technology in both the public and private sectors.
In the public sector working for the State of Georgia, Steve served as the Executive Director of the Georgia Centers of Innovation leading a wide-ranging program to provide the State’s strategic industries with technical industry expertise, collaborative research and partnerships help them to grow globally.
In the private sector, Mr. Justice provided technical and managerial leadership for teams composed of major North American, European, and Asian companies while serving at Lockheed-Martin, Gulfstream Aerospace, Northrop, Delta Air Lines, Generation Orbit Launch Services, and The Ginn Group in addition to founding two Georgia based companies.
Mr. Justice participated in the development, certification, and support of several notable aircraft including Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor and C-130J Hercules as well as the Northrop B-2 “Stealth Bomber”, the Gulfstream G-IV business jet, and the Generation Orbit X-60A hypersonic research rocket. He also led many programs for the DoD, NASA, and industry in advanced transports, aerial tankers, supersonic business jets, and air launch vehicles. He is a former FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER), a Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics & Astronautics, and a Licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia and South Carolina.
